Forms
are welcome from all investigators who are interested in becoming a
mentor. Investigators interested in becoming a mentor must submit an NIH format biosketch and a completed Principal Investigator Mentor Form to
START-MH. Principal Investigator Form can only be submitted electronically via e-mail. The
form is currently in MS Word format. Please download and fill out, then submit it to
startmh@ucsd.edu.
Forms must be received by the SMART-MH Program by Friday,
January 18, 2008.
Forms will be reviewed by an Executive Committee comprised of senior leaders in the field. Selected mentors will be notified by
Friday, February 22, 2008.
